Legacy Planning Partners were moving their financial consulting practice into a building they purchased in Allentown, PA and renovating completely into a new interior space. With the down economy, our client stressed they didn’t want an overstatement. DPI’s design was to show an established, secure firm with an eye for the future. The lobby’s use of wood on curved walls and ceilings carries throughout the office. This welcomes the traditional, but in a whole new way.

The furniture selections were made by DesignPoint and submitted for competitive bid to bring our client the best pricing. Accessories and art were also selected by DesignPoint and purchased directly using an FF&E installation company for the install.

With DPI’s tweaking of soffits and lighting layouts, the contractor did a nice job interpreting the design intent that was well documented by DesignPoint. The project accomplished its client’s wishes with enough detail to make it very appealing for clients and a great work atmosphere for employees. The overall fitout designed and constructed for this project was 4000 SF.
