The look and feel of the interior was to reflect the charm and tradition of its locale. Real wood floors were used in several rooms off the lobby, and fine rich wood paneling was detailed for the new library created on the first floor as an adjunct to the lobby.

The millwork design was so successful in its detail that it was chosen as the cover article for the Architectural Woodworker Institute (AWI) magazine. As part of the renovation, a full wellness center, complete with an exercise room fitted with the finest equipment, a salon/spa, and a café were added to the building. The overall project had a budget of $10M. All the furniture and furnishings were acquired thru the purchasing services of DesignPoint, Inc.
