The interior design was part of a $15M renovation of the main portions of the building which included the complete revamp of the main lobby and all common areas. The nursing floors were completely renovated as well.
The level of detail incorporated into the interiors is very elegant to reflect a similar look to what you might find in any of Philadelphia’s upscale hotels. DesignPoint commissioned a local artist to paint a portrait, which hangs in the main lobby, of the famous Swann Memorial Fountain in Logan Circle. Several elegant dining venues were created to provide residents with restaurant-style dining experiences, including a beautiful wood bar with custom wood lockers for individual storage of resident’s fine wines or liquors. The end result of the project won our client the prestigious Gold Seal from the National Council of Senior Housing. All furniture and furnishings were acquired thru the purchasing services of DesignPoint, Inc.
