Watermark at Logan Square: Wellness

The overall design concept was to be much more contemporary than the transitional feel of the rest of the facility. Created to promote healthy living, it includes a fitness center, salon and spa, art gallery, studio and computer lab.

A water feature at the entrance draws you into the gallery, where resident artists’s works are on display. The curved mosaic tile logo wall leads to a glass entry where you will find a full service salon and spa, designed to serve not only the residents but also the surrounding community. The interesting angles in this corridor provide a natural place for a vignette to draw you into the state-of-the-art fitness center and juice bar.

The modern feel of this area of the building offers residents a departure from their typical surroundings without leaving their home.
