Waterfront Renovations Completed at Florida Community

The Fountains at Boca Ciega Bay, a waterfront independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in St. Petersburg, Florida, recently upgraded the main dining room and main lobby. The renovations are part of a $300,000 project to refresh the community’s common spaces. The dining overhaul included new flooring, tables, chairs, architectural finishes, and lighting to enhance the dining experience. The IL lobby upgrade reflects a fresh hospitality design. Showing off watercolored custom carpet and tile designs, LED lighting, and new furniture groupings to offer a revitalized communal space.

Just outside the dining room is the new outdoor patio. It offers an outdoor venue for dining, community programming, or just relaxing next to the adjacent pool. Retractable awnings were installed to provide shade and comfort. The surrounding landscaping is all new and affords residents views of the bay.

The Fountains at Boca Ciega Bay is located in St. Petersburg, Florida and sits on 14 acres along the bay equipped with walking trails, a private fishing pier, shuffleboard, and heated outdoor pool. Additional amenities include a library, movie theatre, town hall meeting space, a chapel and more. The community has over 500 residences.
